VBA manual changes, diffed weekly
VA adjudicators work from the M21-1 manual and its siblings. VA publishes the current text on its KnowVA
portal but no changelog — a rule can change under a pending claim and nobody is told. VetAid archives every version
weekly and shows the difference.
What this is computed from: 2,539 VBA manual articles, 2,838
stored versions, archive started 2026-08-23. A "change" is the text difference between two
consecutive stored versions; whitespace and re-wrapping are ignored. Excerpts show the first added and removed lines;
the linked article is the current official text. Data build: 2026-10-14.
