Why It Was Decided This Way
For bradycardia,the Board found that the condition did not manifest in service or the 1-year period following service, and it concluded that bradycardia was not attributable to service.
Although the Board noted that there was no separation examination of record,it found that records were not missing from the claims file,as the appellant himself said that he did not go to sick call and because he was eliminated from service.

Further,the Board found that the appellant did not assert that he experienced gastric symptoms since service.
